Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 [Purpose]

This Code of Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Doctrine")The purpose is to provide employees with the right decision-making and ethical judgment standards


Article 2 [Subject of Application]

This regulation, which applies to all employees, subcontractors, is intended for subcontractor employees and includes all companies with various transactions.


Article 3 [Department in Charge]

The department in charge of the enforcement of this regulation is the head office and the management support team of each Business Unit.


Article 4 [Definition of Ethics Regulation]

This is defined in order to faithfully carry out company's work, while maintaining and protecting dignity of each individual and company's honor with honest and fair / moral standards.

Chapter 2 Workplace Ethic Regulation
Article 5 [Fair Performance of Duty]

Executives and employees shall not give instructions that impede the fair performance of their duties.


Article 6 [Avoidance of Interested Duty]

Executives and employees may not be involved in participaion and decision making in the work if there is a stakeholder in the work in which he or she performs

[ Stakeholders: the person, spouse, lineal descendants, and relatives within the fourth degree Employee in the same department]


Article 7 [Prohibition of Use Outside Budget]

may not use given budget outside of purpose of given work.


Article 8 [Request for Special Consideration]

Executives and employees must not use their position to unfairly intervene in request for special consideration of individual.


Article 9 [Prohibition of receiving profit]

Executives and employees must not use their position to intervene in personal interest, mediate and solicit, transactions of giving or receiving money or other goods.

Chapter 3 Handling of Violations
Articl 10 [Reporting]

Any employee can report a violation of the Code of Ethics to the “managing department."


Article 11 [Guaranteed confidentiality of reporter's identity]

The competent department guarantees the confidentiality and restriction of penalization of the reporter.


Article 12 [Disciplinization]

When caught violating the Code of Ethics, in accordance with the “Employment Rules”, one shall be dealt according to "Disciplinization Regulations".
